Athuman always had a 'flair' for food even from a young age. This combined with his love for the African landscape helped shape his career. He became a highly trained chef and started working on Kilimanjaro hikes and safaris back in 2011. Our chefs will always of course cater for those who have dietary preferences and requirements.
Superior Kilimanjaro and Safaris will of course adhere to any dietary requirements you have and do our utmost to source specific ingredients.

A ‘normal’ Kilimanjaro menu DAY 1 Breakfast Day 1: (This is taken at your hotel before you leave for the mountain and is included as part of your accommodation.) Tea / Coffee / Chocolate DAY 6 Breakfast Day 6: Summit – taken on the trail to the summit: Toasted Bread, Fruit, Juice, Pancakes, Snack foods.
