How to book treks and/or safaris with Superior Kilimanjaro and Safaris

Whether you are booking a place on a prearranged trek or a private trek on new dates, the procedure for booking through us is the same and is very simple:

  1. The first step is to have a good read of our website, identify which route/safari/day trip you would be interested. Then contact us and tell us what you are interested in. This gives you a chance to discuss your choice and ask about any questions regarding your trek or safari. When booking it is really important for you to chat with either a co founder or a head guide to familiarise yourselves with us.

  2. If you then want to go ahead with your booking we will ask you to complete a trek/safari booking form then if you can email the form back to us.

  3. When we have received the form we will book your trek. We will continue to liaise with you to arrange your chosen accommodation and airport transfers.

  4. At the point when all arrangements have been booked and confirmed you will receive by email the full itinerary of your trip and the total cost of your trip.

  5. To confirm, will we ask you for a deposit. This is usually equivalent to £500 per person (though there may be a small extra charge if the accommodation you have chosen also asks for a deposit to secure your booking). This deposit is payable in a wide variety of currencies including US dollars, euro, sterling, Australian dollars, Indian rupees, Singapore dollars - So can be paid in your own currency.

  6. We will also be in regular communication in the period up to the trip to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

  7. We then ask that the final balance is paid at least 30 days prior to departure. Our climbing Kilimanjaro guide.

Note that we are very flexible and if you need to alter your trip for any reason or wish to add on a safari or another excursion to your trip please let us know - We will always do our best to accommodate customers.
